I had a great experience working with Carson at Eva Hurley State Farm. From the very beginning, she made everything simple and easy to understand. Insurance isn't something I know a lot about, so I really appreciated that she took the time to walk me through my options without making me feel overwhelmed. She answered every question I had and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting before moving forward.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was being pressured into buying anything. Carson actually listened to what I was looking for, asked the right questions, and helped me find coverage that made sense for my situation. She was honest, straightforward, and patient throughout the entire process, which made a big difference.
She was also incredibly responsive. Anytime I reached out with a question, she got back to me quickly and always had an answer. It's refreshing to work with someone who follows through, keeps you updated, and genuinely seems to care about making sure everything is taken care of. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Carson made what I expected to be a stressful process feel easy from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I never felt like just another customer, and that level of personal attention really stood out.

"I've been a client of Eva Hurley since I moved to the upstate (6 years ago) and have been treated well from the start. But recently had an issue where they wanted to charge me for full-coverage for months I never had full-coverage, with back payments. They were unable to help with the issue, I switched providers sadly. Instead of simply offering to create a new policy fresh and cancel the old. charging 3 months of backpay is ridiculous. Not the same customer care that was happening when I moved."
