"We’ve worked with Millie several times over the years and she has always invested time to throughly explain coverage and options. We wanted to save some money but after crunching the numbers with her we all realized we’d be losing 1 Million in coverage and only saving $41 a month?!?!! So clearly, we kept the coverage! "I called twice to have important documents sent to my email, and wasn’t able to get past the curt receptionist who told me that my agent was at lunch and refused to give me a time frame in which she would be back. I was assured the documents would be sent but they never were."
